To apply. first wash your hands and dry thoroughly. Apply a base coat of nail polish. then remove the plastic coating from the pre-cut nail tats and apply the design facedown. Blot with a wet washcloth or sponge. Allow the tat to set for 30 seconds and remove the paper backing. BONUS: Use a clear coat or two of clear nail polish on top to seal in each tat for a longer. fresher look.
